Diolivo is a family olive-oil house with roots reaching back to 1705. For more than three centuries we have followed the same patient craft — harvesting carefully, pressing cold, and bottling an oil that is honest about what it is.
What we believe
Good olive oil is not complicated, but it is demanding. It asks for the right olives, gathered at the right moment, and pressed gently enough to keep their character intact. We hold to that standard because it is the only one worth holding to.
How we work
Every Diolivo oil is cold-pressed below 27°C, preserving the natural polyphenols and aroma of the fruit. Our oils are 100% natural and additive-free, bottled and tinned to protect their freshness. From a 175 ml tasting bottle to the family tin, the oil inside is the same: pure, natural and made with care.
Our range
Alongside our extra virgin olive oils we offer a small number of olive-oil specialities — among them a gentle oil prepared in the Italian tradition for delicate skin. Each is made with the same attention as the oil at the heart of everything we do.
